Franke & Doulton
The Doulton (M15) UltraCarb and Sterasyl cartridges are comparable with Franke Triflow cartridges. In particular they are fully compatible with the Franke Triflow FRX01 / FR9454 and FRX02 / FR9455 drinking water taps. Doulton is a British company (part of the Royal Doulton Group) which has one of the best reputations in the world for high quality ceramic replacement water filter cartridges. The main difference between the UltraCarb and the Sterasyl is that the UltraCarb removes lead from drinking water. This means, if you are looking for the highest specification cartridge, choose the UltraCarb - if price is the most important factor, then you might want to choose the Sterasyl.
