Free delivery to all UK postcodes

All our prices include FREE DELIVERY to ALL UK postcodes including Northern Ireland. However, on some occasions (normally involving large packages) we may have to use a carrier which means we may not always be able to ship free of charge to certain remote areas. If you place your order and we find that it's in an area where our carriers charge a premium, we may ask you to pay a small fee to cover the additional cost (probably less than £5). We will not make any additional charges without first contacting you and asking your approval. If you agree to any proposed postal charge then we will add it to your original payment, if you do not agree to an extra postal charge then NO payment will be charged to your card and the order will be cancelledDelivery will normally be within 3 days of purchase but could take up to 10 working days in extreme circumstances. It is our policy to provide a quick and efficient delivery service and we endeavour to desptach your goods as quickly as is practicable.

 

Money back guarantee

We may, from time to time, offer a money back guarantee on certain items. Regardless of whether any offer is running, If you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products, then please return them to us and we will refund you the original purchase price. You must contact us in writing (email prefered) before returning a product as we will only accept authorised returns at our distribution centre. This offer applies for up to 7 working days after you received the product.

 

Returns Policy

Returning Repairs and Unwanted Goods If you are returning goods to the Ukwatershop, you will be required to return them using your own method, e.g. Royal Mail or your own choice of carrier. Before returning any item(s) to the ukwatershop.co.uk please ensure you have:

  • A valid Returns Number (RN) from us
  • Enclose all accessories unless informed otherwise. • Use all packaging that was originally supplied.
  • Use a label so you can clearly display of our RN.
  • Ensure our full address is clearly displayed.
  • When returning goods, please do NOT write directly on the box/packaging with pen/ink. All returns should be packed in a suitable carton (not just the factory box).
  • Please securely seal the packaging using similar methods to the original delivery. We very strongly advise you to use a method that has a record of you sending it and requires that we have to sign for it. Failure to follow this may result in your goods being ‘lost’ before they reach us.


Following these steps will help ensure the products arrive back correctly and in good condition. Failure to follow this procedure may result in your return being rejected upon receipt. After one month of ownership the legal right to a free replacement or refund ends, If you have had a product for longer than 30 days and it develops a fault we reserve the right to repair or replace the unit, dependent on the type of equipment.

Due to the process and logistics involved in returning goods, it may take 2-4 weeks for an item to be received by ukwatershop.co.uk, repaired and returned back to you.

 

Faulty goods – applies to goods that develop a fault within 30 days

If you receive an item that is not functioning correctly, it may be that you are not sure whether the product is faulty, incompatible, or simply that you have not figured out how to install / use it. In these cases, we may be able to advise accordingly and may either give you advice over the phone, send you a replacement or send you a replacement subject to your returning the returning goods to us first.

 

Your legal rights

If we sell you an item and the particular unit we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund or replacement but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact using the returns procedure with all packaging, manuals, accessories etc. Items reported faulty outside of 28 days will be subject to manufacturer’s warranty arrangements which may entail a repair being performed.
